Dry brush massage improves blood circulation and lymph flow and clears the body of toxins. Thanks to this, the water-salt balance is normalized, puffiness is lost, signs of cellulite are reduced.
In addition, the brush massage exfoliates the skin, removes dead skin cells, and increases the elasticity of the epidermis. The skin becomes healthier and more radiant, and the body shape looks more tightened.
HOW TO USE
Please massage before showering. Keep the brush away from moisture. Work up following the lines of the lymph. Push the skin intensively using a little pressure. If the massage causes a strong burning sensation and/or red spots, please reduce the pressure during the next procedure. Start the massage from your legs; thighs and buttocks should be massaged in circular movements and then in the upward direction. Massage your back, starting from the lower back and gliding to the shoulder blades. Ease the pressure when massaging your belly. Massage time is from 10 to 15 minutes. It is recommended to take a contrast shower, after the massage, to enjoy a more noticeable effect. After washing away all peeled-off skin particles, apply your usual preferred letique products. We recommend massaging 3-4 times a week.
Important: keep the brush away from moisture. Use only for dry massage!
Contraindications: do not use the brush in severe forms of skin (including vascular) diseases, in the area of open injuries.
